Lynam Land Surveying's founder and managing member, Mr. Phillip Lynam, is a professionally licensed land surveyor in the state of Oklahoma with over 17 years of experience in the surveying and civil engineering field. In those 17 years, Mr. Lynam has performed and assisted with most types of surveys with an emphasis on “design-ready” engineering topographic surveys. Mr. Lynam is also a nationally certified floodplain manager through OFMA and ASFPM
